Chandini GD, a resident of Gandhinagara in Sullia, has undergone nearly 20 surgeries, and was on ventilator nearly 15 times in her 33 years of life. She has appealed to the DHO and DMO to arrange for her treatment. Chandini’s husband said that the AIG Hospitals in Hyderabad has diagnosed her disease as hyper IgE-mediated mast cell activation syndrome. The family has already spent nearly Rs 75 lakh for her treatment.
