catherine an audit of the university of california system has resulted in a troubling accusation against its administrators that they hid lots of money from the public. Californias auditor says top administrators hid 175Million Dollars from thepublic and lawmakers in a secret reserve fund. And they did it, according to the report, even while raising tuition and asking thestate for more money. The scathing report was released today. Saying that uc president Janet Napolitanos office created the undisclosed budget over four years so the money could be spent with little or no oversight. Napolitano denies the claim.
