Local media outlets who falsely reported on multiple shootings occurring in different communities across the country last Wednesday, July, 19, have been slammed by the Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF).
The Royal St Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (RSVGPF) confirmed yesterday that they have received “intel” about possible reprisal killings coming out of the mass shooting on Wednesday which left five dead. They will therefore be directing their resources towards ensuring that the country’s murder rate does not exceed the current 35.
Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves, in an address to the nation on Thursday, July 20, urged Vincentians to remain calm and not to panic as investigations continue into the killing of five males hours prior, on July 19.
