Police are stilt still here on the scene and involved in the investigation. They say they got the call after midnight that several shots were fired. We are in hayward in Alameda County. Officers say they got here they found a 33yearold lying in the street. Though say he was not armed but he had been shot. This happened at midnight in hayward. Officers now are trying to figure out why this happened. Investigators are trying to locate witnesses. We do not know what the motive is at this point. We are exploring all possibilities. Police say it appears the victim was visiting someone and was at someones home. They say he doesnt live in the neighborhood but they think he is from Alameda County. They have not released his name. They are still just Getting Started on the investigation with no arrests at this point. They are asking for anyone to come forward with any information.
