Senegal – Visit by Franck Riester (31 May – 1 June 2021) Share Franck Riester, Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness, attached to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, visited Senegal from May 31 to June 1. The minister delegate met with Aïssata Tall Sall, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Senegalese Abroad and with Amadou Hott, Minister of Economy, Planning and International Cooperation. These meetings highlighted the richness and vitality of the partnership between Senegal and France and provided an opportunity to discuss the follow-up to the Summit on the Financing of African Economies, which took place in Paris on May 18. Franck Riester and his interlocutors also discussed our shared agenda in the run-up to the Senegalese presidency of the African Union in 2022 and the French presidency of the European Union.
