LUDLOW A 37-year-old Springfield man will be cited for three motor vehicle violations after the 2003 Toyota Avalon he was reportedly driving struck and toppled one of the oldest Civil War monuments in the state.
Cyrus Fisher, 37, of Springfield will be cited with negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and marked lanes violation, police said Friday.
