Now as i close up on here, we have the cone that involves hurricane watches will be posted for the east coast of florida. We could have Tropical Storm watches for us as the storm makes its closest path on us thursday and into friday and then to the north and east. What are we expecting . Winds of 40 to 50 Miles Per Hour across the interior is a possibility thursday and friday. That would be Tropical Storm force. We still with the current track are on the drier side of the storm, we shouldnt get involved in the tampa bay area where the heaviest rain. What will happen now is we will enter this kind of blackout period where we wont get a lot of information out of the most impacted areas across southwestern part of haiti. When we get pictures back, i think they will be just astonishing. This is 145 Miles Per Hour storm that has made landfall often the Southern Coast of haiti with incredible amounts of rain and the winds, category 4 winds which by the way continue it made landfall over the end of the peninsula here, small strip. We have lane blockage right there in the middle of the intersection and most of our concern here, i think, is going to be southbound and eastbound and thats where im seeing the biggest delays. You can see some traffic is able to get around and some is mostly hindered and theyre allowing folks to pass basically in the left lane once its their turn and the traffic light turns green.
