Tulare men gunned down, police search for suspected killers Tulare detectives are investigating back-to-back shootings that claimed the lives of two men. The alleged shooters in both cases are still on the loose and police are asking for help from the public to bring the killers to justice.  The first case was reported to police Friday night. Officers were called to Tulare Adventist Hospital around 8:06 p.m. after Jonathan Ramirez, 26, was taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds. Detectives immediately began their investigation. Police believe Ramirez was sitting inside his vehicle in the 800 block of South F Street when he was approached by two men and shot.
