We need the help, our young people need the help. George alis team is responsible for every step in the foster care process for 5,000 plus philly kids. The work has changed dramatically in recent years. After the child sex abuse case of jerry sandusky, state laws were tightened and the number of calls to alis child abuse hotline sky rocketed.
