Some Houston neighborhoods remain without running water after roughly 5 days
Some Harris Co. residents desperate, wanting to know where is their water
FOX 26 Reporter Matthew Seedorff spoke with some Harris County residents who only have questions and no answers as to when water will be restored to their homes.
HOUSTON - A humanitarian crisis continues across Texas and in the City of Houston. After roughly five days, power has been restored for much of the area. However, many homes still remain without running water. In addition, Harris County is still under a ‘boil water’ order. We don’t know when we’re going to get the water back, said Jaime Aguilera.
Goodies including the company s Number One seller, the milk and caramel squares, can be had at the sale for around half-price. The squares usually sell for around $7 for a stand-up bag. Every year, thousands of people come to our sale, said Marina Gonzales, Ghirardelli s marketing manager, in a phone interview Friday.
The event has been going on for more than 15 years. The company started in San Francisco in 1852, moving to San Leandro in 1967.
This year, instead of a one-day blowout, the sale is scheduled to last for 10 days, running every day through Dec. 20. Shoppers can just show up or reserve a spot in advance online.
