The rv involved in the crash with a tanker carrying chlorine tablets didnt have identification on him when he was thrown. A raleigh daycare worker is charged with child abuse after being caught on a surveillance camera, mishandling a one year old. 46yearold Tracey Stallings was arrested tuesday and charged with misdemeanor child abuse.
