A raleigh daycare worker is charged with child abuse after being caught on a surveillance camera, mishandling a one year old. 46yearold Tracey Stallings was arrested tuesday and charged with misdemeanor child abuse. Those charges could be upgraded if doctors determine oneyear old elijah was injured as a result of the incident. Stallings was fired, but the childs mother says the daycare should have done more. She was allowed back into the classroom the day after the video was discovered. A clayton man faces various charges after authorities found a meth lab at his home.
