Florida-based e-bike manufacturer LEV Manufacturing (formerly known as Life Electric Vehicles) and mobility focused investment firm Lane VC have acquired Serial 1 Cycle Company, the e-bike brand established in 2020 by Harley-Davidson. (BRAIN) The Serial 1 e-bike brand, which was founded by Harley-Davidson, has been sold to LEV Manufacturing, Inc., formerly known as Life Electric Vehicles, Inc.The new owners will be relocated the brand to Florida and said they are committed to building Series 1 e-bikes domestically.
