Reporter julie, here in richmond alone police tell us there is now a total of 10 freeway shootings and drivers tell us this latest incident only adds to their safety concerns. Chp says it received a 911 call around 830 sunday night. Reporting a shooting on interstate 80 eastbound in richmond. A minivan pulled up alongside a taxi carrying two passengers, a gunman opened fire hitting the cab but not the people inside. Chp says the taxi driver pulled off the freeway into a parking lot. The two passengers ran away on foot. Im not surprised. The scariest part is that we dont know who is doing it. I heard about it a couple months ago. Still occurring now, im surprised we havent done anything. I dont know what else they can do but its just sad. There was no traffic, but now it ckz loo now it looks like things are open. Theyre running a traffic break and now everybody is getting through. Bay bridge toll plaza, that is backed up for a 20 to 25minute delay and traffic is busy. Slow traffic westbound 580 near grant line. There was a crash. If you come in from tracy, that whole stretch is bad. But if you get on the freeway at livermore and west of that it is not bad at all. I have to tell you you, you can see in ocean city we have win, rain, it is down right nasty out there. We have seen a few flying umbrellas when i took a walk out for my break. We are under a coastal Flood Warning and for good reason, because we are going to see things increasingly get worse as we head in the day today. Let take a look, moderate flooding expect all the way from toms river down to cape may down to Rehoboth Beach. Even into philadelphia where were under that coastal Flood Warning heading throughout the daytoday.
