An hour ago a federal judge denied an emergency motion to stop the recount. Two conservative Political Action committees and a Wisconsin Voter have filed a lawsuit over the constitutionality of the recount. They also requested a temporary restraining order to stop the recount. While that emergency motion has been denied the judge did schedule a hearing for next friday.
