I have given it quite a bit of thought from a very strategic level, i believe the military is part of the solution to Better Outcomes around the world, but at the higher level its really about economies. So i focus a lot of my time on relationships with countries who were key economic engines in the world. Whether it was brazil or china or europe or the middle east or india, i try to spend some of my time in that regard. I really just believe that if you can create some stability in a peaceful environment, peoples standards of living will get improved as economies start to thrive.
