A large police presence was on the scene of Northeast 12th Street and Estell Drive.
Police said one person was shot.
We’re told five suspects are involved. Two suspects are in custody and three are outstanding.
Police said the victim was taken to a local hospital in an unknown condition.
Multiple agencies responded.
