Product Launch Location: Europe Packaging Substrate / Materials: Paper Printing Process: Offset, Foil stamping Description: Logotype, Corporate ID and Packaging for TO KATI ALLO patisserie (SOMETHING ELSE pastry), in Palaio Faliro/Athens. Strategy: We decided to express the visual aspect of the brand with clean design and geometrical forms, wanting to highlight that – in baking art as well – simplicity does not limit creativity. Within this framework the most restrictive challenge was the demand for balance between the austere and the sweet. Logo Design: We used fundamental geometrical elements to compose an innovative pastry landscape: a cornerstone, on which archetypical baking pieces are resting upon, peaking up to a glazed fruit-sun. The equally fundamental Latin capitals of the typography are supporting the geometry of the symbol.

Naming, slogan, logotype, corporate ID, packaging, numerous analog and digital applications, photo shooting art direction, and text editing for an Estate in Tuscany (Italy) that cultivates and trades Extra Virgin Olive Oil. During the naming process we combined the ancient roman name of the – dried now – lake, where the olive trees emerge, with olive’s scientific name. We supported this name with a slogan that communicates the product ‘’across all senses’’. Regarding logotype, we were inspired by an Etruscan horse statuette, found at the area of the estate, which is still famous for its horsemen. Today, this ancient symbol is getting flesh and bones through “Breto”, the white proud horse of the farm that loves to gallop under the moonlight.
