Ms Homer said Nambour was slowly evolving from a place where businesses came and went to those who stayed long-term.
“Some open and close within months, but there’s been a lot of interest since the entertainment precinct was announced,” she said.
“You can absolutely see people bar hopping through Nambour now, I think that’s on the cards.
“That’s why we built the bar, to tap into the entertainment.
“Soon there will be a selection of places to go to for any given day, not just the RSL.”
Ms Homer said “extensive” research had gone into the drinks menu which includes frozen slushy margaritas and pina coladas which pack a punch.
