Not only San Francisco makes this finding, other districts in the bay area make the same finding quite often because it is quite often left out of Charter School renewal petitions. So the response from the two charter petitioners that you approved november 12th when we made the finding was to provide a matrix that outlined that comprehensive description and the way they met the requirements of law.
