Wall Street braces for tougher rules under new Democratic majority Sylvan Lane © Greg Nash Wall Street braces for tougher rules under new Democratic majority The Democratic takeover of the Senate means the financial services industry can expect stricter rules and tougher oversight once President-elect Joe Biden takes office.
