There are an additional 700 line workers gathering in Louisville Monday morning from around Kentucky and surrounding states to help restore power to the area following Sunday's storms.
It is now confirmed that at least an EF-1 tornado was in the WLKY viewing area during Sunday's storms, according to the National Weather Service in Louisville.
A portion of the Gene Snyder Freeway, or Interstate-265, will be shut down Monday to help LG&E crews continue working on power restoration from Sunday's storms.
