What were you hearing . Rep. Walden it was unfortunate, unfair and unnecessary. We all get a voting card. We have a right to privileges on the house floor. It was just not necessary at all. We have the votes. We have a quorum in the house, as was easily identified and removed on. In the end it did not have a delay in effect but it did discomfort some members.
