Cummings Community Giving donates $5K to Medford nonprofits

Five Medford nonprofits were recently surprised with a collective $5,000 in funding courtesy of Cummings Properties’ Cummings Community Giving program.
This annual initiative invites employees to each select a local charity to receive a $1,000 donation.
The Woburn-based commercial real estate firm just donated a total of $563,000 to 351 local nonprofits through Cummings Community Giving.
The following Medford organizations received $1,000 each: Medford Fire Department, Medford Public Library Foundation, Walnut Street Center, Society of St. Vincent de Paul and Friends of Medford Family Network.
In 2020, Cummings employees directed funds to nonprofits in 100 cities and towns across the Commonwealth.
