WEST POINT — It’s fair time — that once-a-year time when the Cuming County Fairgrounds in West Point transform into the biggest little city in Northeast Nebraska.
Goulette says the city plans to flush the mains again once the weather allows.
The Council was also updated on the easement with the Cuming County Ag Society for the Army Corps of Engineers constructing a berm along the levee system. Goulette says the two sides are close to an agreement.
