They say they are here until the morning first Morning Light just to make sure there are no hot spots that flare up. The good news from fulton street is that this fire was put under control around 12 30 this morning. So, im told by people who are here at the scene that eight total row homes have been devastated. From those eight row homes, seven families were living here, a total of 23 people are right now being assisted by the red cross in terms of food, shelter and lodging. Again, there is one engine on scene. This fire broke out just after 8 00 last night and the flames quickly spread through the entire block.
