The rehabilitation needs came on our radar as homeowners, wear and tear of the original curved windows and even the mosaic that revealing, especially the turette was older than it looks from the strateg street view. We readdressed the items over the next three years focusing on the wood rot with the upcoming rainy season and curved windows. We hope that the city is able to support us in this investment.
