(WBRC) - The Cullman County Coroner confirms a second person has died in a plane crash that happened Saturday evening. Franklin Dawson Halloway, known as “Noah”, died from his injuries in the crash. He was 74-years-old and lived in Cullman. 70-year-old John T. Sigman from Dyserburg, Tennessee died at the scene of the crash. According to the FAA and Cullman airport authorities, the plane crashed around 6 p.m. on County Rd. 1371 near Cullman Regional Airport-Folsom Field in Vinemont and caught fire.
