It worked even better than they expected. Its off course. If dinosaurs could have figured this out, theyd be alive today. [ laughter ] but they didnt. It really is hard to believe. We live in a country where scientists, who are smart enough to target and hit an asteroid that is 11 million miles away live right next door to people who are so dim, they think vaccines turn you into a refrigerator magnet. [ laughter ] i guess it keeps us on our toes. The successful test means that in the future, we could probably alter the path of an asteroid to make it miss earth. Or we just let the asteroid hit us.
