Caesars Entertainment and the Culinary Union reached a tentative agreement on a new five-year early Wednesday morning, potentially averting a walkout by 10,000 workers at nine Strip properties.
After months of negotiating with MGM Resorts, Caesars, Resorts World and Wynn, Culinary Union Secretary-Treasurer Ted Pappageorge announced on Thursday that the union has officially set a deadline for Nov. 10 at 5 a.m.
The Culinary will have informational pickets in front Strip resorts on Thursday operated by MGM and Caesars and the union is asking visitors to not cross the lines.
