Essex County Council has altered services to meet Tier 4 rules With Essex placed in Tier 4 coronavirus restrictions by the Government, the county council has had to alter some of the services it offers. While some services will continue to run in line with previous national Covid guidelines, some county-wide services have been required to further adapt their usual operations in order to adhere to the new national Tier 4 guidance. Essex Country Parks will remain open while parts of Essex remain in Tier 4. All parks are now in Tier 4, except Cudmore Grove which remains in Tier 2. Cafes and Country Park attractions are closed.
