will maintain operation. at 2:00 p.m. yesterday we estimated they were discharging at about 2600 cubic feet per second, and barker about 2100 cps. combined about 4700. we are continuing to raise the bunkers in a controlled fashion. these discharge rates as of yesterday were 3800 cps and 3500 cps respectfully for a combined total of discharge of 7300 cps. the goals to reach reach rates of 4,000 cps at both areas for combined discharge of 8,000 cps. we estimate the dams will combine today. no decisions have been made to raise this amount.
