Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko will hold a meeting with Cuban Prime Minister Manuel Marrero Cruz. The Cuban head of government arrived in Belarus on an official visit on 9 November.
Manuel Marrero Cruz said: “We have talked over all the matters of bilateral cooperation thoroughly and sincerely. During this meeting we went beyond the bounds of the protocol and all the formalities and talked absolutely specifically, transparently, and precisely about priorities of our interaction."
"Our countries live under the regime of Western sanctions. We must stand united to counter them. We share your approach that we should not just complain about certain sanctions but look for new opportunities for the development of bilateral cooperation," Manuel Marrero Cruz noted.
