Yissy Garcia of Cuba at Joe's Cafe! Yissy Garcia graduated from the Cuban Music Conservatory in Havana a few years back. She majored in percussion. Now she is bringing her band to Joe's Cafe to show St. Louis something they can't normally see. This is new music for these parts, and y'all should come check it out!
