Havana, Feb 9 (Prensa Latina) The University of Camagüey (UC) and the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), in the Dominican Republic, have committed themselves to strengthening academic ties, within the framework of the International Congress on Higher Education held in Cuba.
