Politics . When we talk to republicans about this issue, they say the same thing but instead of the koch brothers, its the big scary unions or pick your boogie man. If you look at the numbers, you see that both sides support the same policies we need to fix this problem. This is not a left or right wing issue, but an american issue. Forth . Well, what i can tell you is that theres a video of him being taken out of a car. He does he appears to be compliant. Hes escorted up to near a building. He appears to be compliant. But the critical issue is that what happened to him after he was thrown, handcuffed, behind his back, face down on the concrete, knee into his neck. These are the Critical Issues that juries will have to decide, that prosecutors will have to evaluate that evidence to determine what, if any, charges should be brought forth. I could tell you that this case is being investigated, being taken very seriously.
