CAPE TOWN - With the violence in Israel and the Palestinian territories escalating, protestors in Cape Town have called on the South African government to take decisive action against Israel.
The past two days have seen pro-Palestine marches taking place in the Mother City.
Representatives of political parties, including the African National Congress (ANC), the Good Party and the National Freedom Party (NFP), were also part of the demonstration. Protesters said that they were shocked and appalled at the scenes of violence they were seeing on social media.

CAPE TOWN - A pro-Palestine march has concluded with Capetonians and politicians calling for sanctions against Israel.
They started the march at Hanover Street and ended at Parliament, calling on government to do more to show support for the people of Palestine.
