ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. (WBTV) - There is a one-of-a-kind farm operating in Rowan County, and one of the things it produces is mozzarella cheese. But thereâs a catchâ¦the milk they use doesnât come from cows. And when the owners of the farm first tasted âmozzarella di bufalaâ it years ago, it literally changed their lives.
