La Crosse County needs people to deliver food to the home-bound

Shifts are from 10:30 a.m. to noon and routes average about 12 miles.
“By becoming a volunteer, you deliver more that just a hot meal. You help the elderly stay healthy, safe and independent in their own homes,” said the ARDC in a statement.
It also has openings at the meal sites to help serve and package the meals for the home bound.
