Beltran was arrested Jan. 26 for felony theft and released on a signature bond.
Beltran is accused of using his corporate credit card to make thousands of dollars in personal purchases, including things like cake, beer and fishing equipment, according to the report. He also is accused of buying two Hoover-1 Eagle Electric Scooters for $198 each and using the corporate credit card to pay a monthly violin rental fee at a La Crosse music store, plus submitting moving expenses more than $15,000 over the amount agreed upon in his employment offer.
