She complained to the police after the attack and prosecutors elected not to file charges but today they are announcing three felony charge, felonies of the Second Degree against bill cosby for aggravated indecent assault. On the evening in question mr. Cosby urged her to take pills that he provided by to her and to drink wine. The effect of which rendered her unable to move or respond to his advances and he committed aggravated indecent assault upon her.
