Mt. HERMON Va. â Venture Invest Partners recently purchased the Cross Creek Subdivision in Mt. Hermon.
The property on the Pittsylvania County side of Danville is the latest and largest acquisition of Venture Invest Partners (VIP), an energetic and enthusiastic investment group made up of young professionals. Â
The development, which initially broke ground in 2006 completed 32 finished homes in Phase One, leaving 67 lots for customized development. The vision of this project is to complete Phase Two by bringing 30 new homes to the area. The remaining 37 homes will be built in Phase Three sometime in the near future.
âWith the surge of people currently looking to purchase in the Danville area and the expected population growth from the casino development, this project will allow families the opportunity to own brand new, fully customized homesâ said Breion Rose, VIP site manager.
