Cross-country Road: Always challenging

Building the cross-country road was always going to be a challenge.
So said former Minister of Transport and Works and General Secretary of the Unity Labour Party (ULP) Senator Julian Francis, as he reflected on the project.
He made the observation last Sunday while speaking on WE FM, as part of celebrations, albeit low keyed, to mark the 20th Anniversary of the ULP’s being elected to office.
