ODESSA, Texas The Odessa Family YMCA will team up with Superior HealthPlan to host a free night of swimming called Swimming with Superior .
The event will take place on April 30 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Nick Williams Aquatic Center.
“We’re excited to announce our first free swimming event through our partnership with Superior HealthPlan,” said Crissy Medina, CEO/President of the Odessa Family YMCA. “The goal of our partnership is to transform the health of the community one person at a time.”
The event will be open to the public, but limited to only 30 people. So, it will be a first come, first serve basis event.
It s Back! And it s time to take the whole family out. Healthy Kids 2021 at the Odessa Family YMCA happens this Saturday April 17th starting from 9am to 12noon!
How fun is this going to be? Major! And, the cool thing is that this event is free to the community. It takes place at Mike Neely Park so get your kiddos ready and bring them out bright and early this Saturday morning.
The press release delivered by the YMCA states: “We’re very excited to bring back Healthy Kids Day this year,” said Crissy Medina, CEO/President of the Odessa Family YMCA. “It’s not only a chance for Odessans to get to know us and the programs we have to offer, but they also get to know the other businesses and organizations that make our community so wonderful.” The Odessa Family YMCA will be taking extra steps to keep everyone safe and healthy during their time at Healthy Kids Day. There will be hand sanitizing stations throughout the event and on tables. Masks are optional but encouraged.
