We know the person that was hit and killed was riding an electric scooter at the time of the crash. Officials also tell us there were at least 14 students on the bus at the time but none of the students were injured. Authorities are asking people to please avoid the area if you can. Theres still quite a bit going on around there. A massive fire out of contra costa county. We have been monitoring crews battling the blaze since 4 00 a. M.
