ELIZABETH CITY — A police officer shot a man early Saturday morning who was suspected of shooting another man in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Both men died. Thomas Lee Little Sr., 33, is wanted on murder and gun charges in the fatal shooting of Timothy Scott Jenkins, also 33. Jenkins was found dead Thursday in the 1200 block of Duke Street.
