It was down the dam that the teenager was sledding when he went out into the water on to the ice fell through the ice and was able to get on to that overflow dam out there. That concrete structure. He climbed out of the concrete structure and fell into the water a couple of times according to witnesses, intense moments here. But then firefighters got here. Two of them put on ice suits and were able to get to him to put blankets over him to try to warm him up. It took an hour before they were able to bring them to shore via a boat. Lined up from here all the way to that corner. So probably 20 of them. The one truck here today picked up what little business there was to be had on this cold windy street. As for his competitors theyre not making money. Even some of them that are out and about arent bringing in the bucks. Zero bucks on the street. Thats for sure. At metro center we found a few more vendors but not a lot of customers. The people say in the inside. Its affecting civilians a lot. The cold has people scurrying to get indoors. The reason well take a look along these trains here. They have switches along the tracks and feeders underneath of those switches. Just within the last 10 minutes, he said they had functioning feeders under two of those switches and thats the reason why so many people were delayed this morning. Come here and look with us.
