+ December 10, 2020 AROUND 1,400 children in 46 barangays in Cebu City can still experience the Christmas spirit, as the Pasko sa Uptown will push through amid the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) pandemic.
The Cebu City Progressive Uptown Movement, which consists of business establishments located in the uptown area, in coordination with the Cebu City Government, will be holding its five-day Pasko sa Uptown program for the children.
