as of right now, we do know unfortunately there have been three fatalities and 22 injured. it looks like they were outside, perhaps a hospital awaiting more people arriving, so perhaps the scene is it s still transpiring. you can see the investigation still going on. you can understand the amount of chaos, you can hear it in the local you think about a saturday, folks are off, you have to call people in and then you have to first evacuate all of the injured. what happens on these scenes? what are the police doing now, an hour, an hour and a half into this incident? are we yet at the investigation point? are they trying to figure out what evidence they have? there s multiple things that have to go on. certain things like any physical
