Dr. Patricia Sulak will be the main speaker for a Free Caregivers Conference on Nov. 8 at Central Texas Council of Governments, 2180 N. Main St. in Belton.
BELTON â The Belton City Council authorized the Belton Economic Development Corp. to sell 2.7 acres of land in the Belton Business Park on Tuesday to Nickster, LLC â the entity that runs Visiting Angels, a home health care company in Waco.
The total sales price for the property that is situated across the street from Creekside Terrace Rehabilitation on Powell Avenue is currently estimated at $235,000, according to a staff report from the BEDC.
However, the BDEC noted that the sales price of $2 per square foot could shift following a land survey.
âThe developer is proposing to build a 15,000-square-foot building and will immediately finish out 5,000 square feet for a homecare group,â the staff report said. âThe remaining 10,000 square feet will be finished out as the market demands for lease space,â the staff report said.
